Pre-Conference Workshop
The Florence Conference will host a 1 to 2-day pre-conference which offers a unique, interactive communication workshop.
Full details will be released in 2025.
Pre-Con Agenda
We are looking forward to working with you to support your efforts to enhance your communication skills.
More details coming 2025! But here’s a little of what you can expect…
We will meet and learn more about you and what you hope to get from this pre-conference workshop. We’ll review and practice many of the communication skills that we’ll be working with the following day and spend time in our small groups getting to know one another and setting goals for the next day.
Your time will be spent working in small groups with your own expert communication coach and professionally trained simulated clients (SCs). Participants will have the opportunity to practice communicating in simulated-client scenarios, practice giving feedback as well as receive feedback from their coach, members of their small group, and the SC. The day will conclude with another large group gathering to debrief the shared experience and set goals for continued growth.
